Coach Brasby is from Phoenix, AZ where he was a two-sport (football/basketball) athlete. After graduating high school, he joined the Army and became an Infantryman in the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. He has worked in law enforcement for the past 23 years.
Coach Brasby has coached youth sports (basketball, football, and soccer) for over 15 years. He has coached youth basketball for over 7 years and recently coached 3rd through 8th grade girls at Hoop Dreams Idaho basketball club in Boise, ID for 5 years.
Coach Brasby is married to his wife, Carol, and has two daughters, ages 17 and 24, and a 22-year-old son.
A native of Upper Marlboro, MD, Coach Morgan Mitchell is a recent graduate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), where she was a point guard on the Rattlers women’s basketball team. While at FAMU, Coach Mitchell was selected as the 2019-2020 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President. The purpose of the MEAC SAAC is to foster a unified forum, which provides equal and representative dialogue from MEAC student-athletes relating to NCAA and Conference legislation as well as other issues that affect their welfare. During her administration, Coach Morgan implemented numerous programs, including a virtual symposium on racial inequality and mental health for student-athletes. She also co-led a yoga class on campus. Currently, Coach Morgan is the assistant middle school girls basketball coach at her alma mater, Riverdale Baptist School in Upper Marlboro, MD. Coach Morgan emphasizes defense and fundamentals as well as helping girls to strive to be competitive when learning the game!
Coach Tayler is currently the Head Coach of the Varsity Girls Basketball program at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg, VA. She has been coaching high school for the last three years. Before she coached at Tuscarora, she was a player at George Mason University where she was a four year starter and was named captain for her senior year. She left Mason finishing 12th in assists all time and helping the team reach its second ever post season berth in 2018.
Before attending George Mason, Tayler attended Spotswood High School in Harrisonburg, VA. She was a two time state champion and was voted player of the year in 2014. She currently works with the grassroots program coaching the 2029 team and plays semi-professionally for the WABA Virginia Hearts.
Coach Webb graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, VA in 1995. She was a three-year, Varsity basketball letterman and was part of the Vogues AAU program for 4 years. She has coached youth basketball for Dulles Youth Sports for five years, is currently the Willard Middle School JV Girls Coach and has been coaching the Loudoun Flight 2028 team for three years.
Coach Webb graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Housing and Consumer Science majoring in Child and Family Development.
Coach Longchamp is an experienced youth coach having worked with young athletes over the past 20 years at varying levels. Currently, Coach Longchamp is the varsity head coach for girls’ basketball at Loudoun County High School. He has been there for two years. Prior to County, Coach Longchamp was the varsity head coach of boys’ soccer and freshman girls’ basketball coach at Potomac Falls High School. He has also worked with various youth organizations such as SRRBBLL and Herndon Optimist. He is a proponent of fundamentals, defense, development, and teamwork.
Coach Mike Saunders is entering his 14th year coaching girls’ basketball. His unwavering approach, passion, commitment and sense of pride has helped produce strong players and teams at the youth, travel and high school levels. A strong emphasis on fundamentals is the core of his approach to developing young players.
Coach Saunders has served as the Girls’ Varsity Assistant Coach at Dominion High School in Sterling, VA for the past two seasons. Prior to that, he was Girls’ Junior Varsity Head Coach at Dominion for two seasons and the Girls’ Freshman Head Coach at Riverside High School in Leesburg, VA for two seasons. Coach Saunders has also coached club basketball since 2010 for RunNGun in Martinsburg, WV and Loudoun Flight in Leesburg, VA. He currently serves as the Head Coach for the GTS Flight 2025 team.
Coach Saunders is an elementary school teacher in Loudoun County, VA. He and his wife, Laurie, live in West Virginia. They are blessed with 2 children, Bradley and Olivia, who is currently playing basketball at the collegiate level.
